25g x Haribo Charmallows
90g x Callebaut Select 811 Dark Chocolate Callets
50g x Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Cacao/Cocoa Powder
 
In addition to make recipe below you will require:
Full Fat Milk (this gives best froth but you can choose the milk you love)
Vanilla essence
Sugar if required
 
How to make on the stove 1 mug:
Pour 1 mug of milk into the pan
Add 1 tbs of Cacao powder
Add sugar if required to taste
Warm until milk is just below boiling
Froth or stir until fully mixed
Add 2 tbs of chocolate callets and mix until melted and evenly distributed
A couple of drops of Vanilla essence and froth or Whisk
Add to glass
Top with Charmallows
